How RYW TECHNOLOGY INC handles the information you send through rywfree.com. Last updated: September 2026.
This policy covers rywfree.com and the client portal operated by RYW TECHNOLOGY INC of 4383 Cambridge Drive, Phoenix, AZ 85034, United States. It explains what we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it short on purpose.
1. Information we collect
We collect only what you give us, plus a minimal technical footprint:
- Account data — name, work email, company, country and a hashed password when you register a client account.
- Order data — the plan you choose, billing contact details, monthly media budget range and any project notes you submit at checkout.
- Briefs and messages — anything you send through the contact form or by email, including attachments.
- Technical data — server logs recording IP address, user agent and requested URL. These are kept for security and troubleshooting, not for advertising.
2. How we use it
Your information is used to run the engagement: quoting, onboarding, building and optimising campaigns, invoicing, support and legal compliance. We may email you about your order or account. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data, and we do not run third-party advertising pixels on this site.
3. Advertising platform data
When we manage Facebook, Instagram or Google advertising for you, we access ad accounts, pixels, catalogues and conversion data as your processor. That data belongs to you. We use it only to plan, launch and report on campaigns you commissioned, and we remove access when the engagement ends.
4. Sharing
We share data only with service providers that make the site and the service work — hosting, email delivery and accounting — and only to the extent needed. We may disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect our rights in a dispute. We never share client briefs or campaign data with other clients.
5. Retention
Account and order records are kept while your account is active and for as long as tax and contract law requires afterwards. Briefs and correspondence are kept for three years. Server logs rotate within 90 days. You can ask us to delete your account data at any time, subject to records we must retain.
6. Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text. Traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Database access is restricted and credentials are kept outside the web root. If a breach ever affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities without delay.
7. Your choices
You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to [email protected] from the address on your account and we will respond within 30 days.
8. Cookies
This site uses one first-party session cookie to keep you signed in to the client area, and one for the admin console. There are no advertising or analytics cookies. Blocking cookies will not stop you from reading the site, but it will stop you from signing in.
